COVID-19 Update
The health and safety of our doctors, staff, and patients are paramount. As such, we’re taking extra precautions to ensure everyone is protected from potential exposure to COVID-19. We’ve already implemented social distancing and other measures, and now we’re temporarily removing the ability for our patients to book appointments online.
“Why?” you ask? By speaking with you directly, our reception staff can discuss your situation and direct you towards the most appropriate care.
As you can appreciate, we’re currently handling a large volume of phone calls. Please be patient with our reception staff. They are working as efficiently as possible and will answer your call as soon as they can. We thank you for your patience.
Please remember the best way to prevent the spread of infection is regular hand washing, avoid touching your face or public surfaces, and cough or sneeze into your elbow, or tissue and dispose of it immediately. Do not share glasses, plates, or cutlery without washing them thoroughly first.
If you have travelled overseas in the past 14 days or you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing and have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, please inform our reception staff when you call.
