Patient Safety and Advocacy

The team at Globe Medical will ensure your voice is always heard. Our designated Practice Manager has the role of communicating your compliments to the appropriate people. They also have the authority to investigate your compliants towards an indiviudal, group of indiviudals or the practice as a whole, and will ensure you are kept up-to-date with the progress of the investigation and its outcomes.

At Globe Medical we value the feedback communicated by our patients, whether it be in the form of a compliment, compliant or suggestion. The feedback you provide us is shared with our leadership team, and is used to continuously improve our services and provision of care.
